例）

軍隊を指揮する将軍
例）

Aを管理する、Aに関して責任を持っている
例）
He’s in charge of this department.
= This department is in his charge.

彼がそのグループを完全に掌握している。
bring A under control
Aをコントロールする
- have A under controlでもOKです。
- A be under controlでもOKです。
例）
It took half a day to bring the fire under control.
その火災をコントロールするのに半日かかりました。
